Builder Settings – Enable Canva

This guide will walk you through how to enable the Canva integration within the Builder settings of the Build A Gangsheet App. Activating this feature allows customers to import their Canva designs directly into the gang sheet editor, streamlining the creation process with tools they’re already familiar with.

Step-by-Step: Enabling Canva Integration

  • From your main dashboard, click on the Gang Sheet tab.
  • Select Update More to expand additional settings.
  • Go to the Settings panel.
  • Click Settings again to load the full configuration options.
  • Click on the Builder tab to access design customization tools.

    Inside the Builder tab, you’ll find a list of configurable features including:

    • Supported File Types
    • Auto Resize Image to Meet 300 DPI
    • Enable Canva
    • Enable Background Warning
    • Auto Resize for Single Image Variant
    • Spacing and Tool Customizations

    Activating Canva

  • Locate the Enable Canva toggle within the Builder tab.
  • Turn it on to allow Canva design imports into your gang sheet editor.

  • Customers will see the Canva option available during their design process.
  • They will be prompted to Connect their Canva account.
  • Once connected, customers must click Allow to authorize access.
  • After authorization, they’ll be able to view and import their Canva-created images directly into the builder workspace.

    • Pro Tip: Enabling Canva is ideal for customers who already use it to design team logos, promotional graphics, or custom artwork. This makes the gang sheet creation process more seamless and user-friendly.
