What this tab is
This is the Products tab inside the Gang Sheet page in your WordPress admin. It is not the WooCommerce Products screen, and it is not behind the Update More button. It lists only the products the plugin considers eligible.
If you cannot see a Products tab at all, your plugin is out of date. Products, Orders and Payments are hidden until you upgrade.
Steps
- In the WordPress admin sidebar, click Gang Sheet.
- Click the Products tab.
- Find your product in the list and click the pencil button in the Actions column to open its settings.
- Change what you need, then save the product.
What the columns mean
- Image — the product's featured image, or "No Image" if it has none.
- Title — the WooCommerce product name.
- Tags — the product's WooCommerce tags. Every product here carries the
Gang Sheettag. - Variants — how many WooCommerce variations the product has. Your sizes are stored as variations.
- Art Board Type — the product type: Gang Sheet, Rolling Gang Sheet, Sticker, Upload By Size or Gang Upload.
- Created At — when the product was created in WooCommerce.
- Sync — see below.
- Actions — one button, the pencil, which opens the product settings.
The Sync column
The Sync badge tells you whether the plugin's copy of the product matches WooCommerce.
- An amber Sync pending badge means the product has not been synced yet. Hover it and the tooltip reads "Waiting for the next Woo product sync".
- A green badge means it is synced. Hover it and the tooltip shows "Last synced" with the date and time.
A product that shows Sync pending is still usable. The badge is telling you the plugin has not yet confirmed the current state with WooCommerce, not that the product is broken.
Products that are missing from this list
A product only appears here if all four of these are true: it is a Variable product, it carries the Gang Sheet tag, its status is Published or Private, and it is not an Image to Sheet product. See the article on adding a new product for the full rules.
What you cannot do from this tab
There is no Active/Inactive toggle, no pricing column and no preview button on this screen. Prices live on the WooCommerce variations, and you change a product's availability by changing its status in the WooCommerce product editor.
