This guide walks you through the process of submitting a support ticket directly within the Build A Gang Sheet App on WordPress. Whether you're experiencing technical issues, have billing questions, or need general assistance, the built-in Support Ticket system makes it easy to get help fast.

Step-by-Step: Submitting a Support Ticket

  • From your admin panel, click on the Gang Sheet tab.
  • Select Update More to reveal additional app features.
  • Look for the new Support Ticket option available on both Standalone and WooCommerce dashboards.
  • Click the Support Ticket option to begin submitting your request.
  • Fill out all necessary fields including your name, email, and a detailed message describing the issue or question.
  • Use the Type dropdown menu to categorize your ticket (e.g., Bug, Feature Request, Billing Issue).
  • Select the appropriate Platform that your site is built on (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
  • Click Submit Ticket when all information is complete.

    Once your ticket is submitted, a support team member will review your request and respond as soon as possible. Keep an eye on your email for updates or follow-ups.
