Where the Orders tab is
The Orders tab is inside WordPress, on the Gang Sheet page. You do not go through Update More to reach it — Update More opens a different application entirely.
Steps
- In the WordPress admin sidebar, click Gang Sheet.
- Click the Orders tab.
- The table lists one row per gang sheet line item, not one row per order. An order containing three sheets produces three rows.
What the columns show
Order, Product, Size, Date, Customer, Price, Quantity, Status, Downloaded At, Actions.
- Status is the generation status of that design — whether the print-ready sheet has been produced.
- Downloaded At records the last time someone downloaded that sheet, which is useful for spotting work your team has not picked up yet.
Searching
There is a search box with a dropdown next to it that chooses what you are searching. The four options are:
- Design Id
- Order ID
- Customer
- Product
Pick the field first, then type. There are no Active/Archived/All filters on this tab.
The Actions on each row
- Download — downloads the print-ready gang sheet file.
- Cutline PDF — offered only on Gang Sheet and Rolling Gang Sheet products. It is greyed out until generation has completed, and it is refused on very tall sheets with the message "Cutline PDFs are limited to N inches high."
- Order Detail — opens the native WooCommerce order screen in a new tab.
- Edit Design — opens the design in the builder in a new tab.
- History — a dropdown of earlier saved versions of that design. Pick a date to open that version.
- Copy Design ID — copies the design's ID to your clipboard so you can quote it to support.
Copy Design ID uses the browser clipboard API, which only works on a secure connection. On a site served over plain http it fails with the message "Your connection is not secure." Read the ID off the screen instead, or move the site to HTTPS.
If the Orders tab is missing
Products, Orders and Payments are all hidden while your plugin is behind the current release. Upgrade the plugin and they come back.
