What the Payments tab is
The Payments tab on the Gang Sheet page is a read-only list of your credit purchases. It records money you have paid Drip Apps for credits. It is not a list of your customers' WooCommerce orders — those live on the Orders tab.
Steps
- In the WordPress admin sidebar, click Gang Sheet.
- Click the Payments tab.
- Read the transaction table. It has five columns and nothing else:
- # ID — the internal transaction record number.
- Transaction ID — the payment processor's reference for the charge.
- Amount — the amount paid, in US dollars.
- Status — the state of that payment.
- Created At — the date the transaction was created.
- Use the page links underneath the table to move through older transactions.
There is no search box on the Payments tab and the rows are not clickable — there is no per-transaction detail view. If you need to find one specific charge, page through by date or quote the Transaction ID to support.
If the table is empty
When you have never bought credits, the table shows No transactions. That is the only empty-state message on this tab.
Adding credits
The Add Credits button is on the Home tab, not the Payments tab.
- Click the Home tab. Your balance is shown top-left as Available Credits: $….
- Click Add Credits.
- A small Credit Amount dialog opens with one field, Amount($). Type the dollar amount you want to buy.
- Click Continue. You are sent to a Stripe checkout page to pay.
- When payment completes you are returned to the Gang Sheet page, and the purchase appears on the Payments tab.
If the Payments tab is missing entirely, your plugin is out of date. Products, Orders and Payments are all hidden until you upgrade — see the plugin upgrade article.
