Steps
- In your Shopify admin, click Apps in the left sidebar.
- Open Build a Gang Sheet.
- Look at the app's own left sidebar. It is divided into groups by horizontal rules.
There is no single "Settings" button to click. The settings pages are individual items in the sidebar — General, Gang Sheet, Builder, Image to Sheet, Appearance, Gallery Settings and Print on Demand — in the group below Shop Builder.
What is on each settings page
General — Store name, store logo, Store email, Design edit request email, Agreement label, Shop timezone, the Daily print cap custom message, and a Legacy theme button block (Button label, Button background color, Button text color).
Gang Sheet — five sections: File name format, Print-ready file (output format, print file name, QR/logo), Upload product file types, Connect Dropbox and Connect Google Drive.
Builder — Artwork uploads, Image processing & warnings, Spacing, Tools, Resolution levels and General builder behavior. This is where Canva, Dropbox and Google Drive customer imports, background warnings and the auto-resize behaviour live.
Image to Sheet — the settings for Image to Sheet products.
Appearance — Welcome popup (including Show welcome message and the message text), Builder font and Themes.
Gallery Settings — Show image gallery, Enable sort, Enable color overlay, Category view mode, Color overlay scope, and a Watermark section with Watermark type, Custom watermark text and Watermark opacity.
Print on Demand — the Print on Demand configuration.
Corrections to older guidance
There is no Storage tab. Dropbox and Google Drive are the last two sections on the Gang Sheet page.
The gallery page is called Gallery Settings in the sidebar, not "Image Gallery". There are no image resolution or mapping settings on it — Resolution levels is a section on the Builder page.
Why It Matters
- Knowing which page a setting is on saves a lot of clicking when a merchant is on the phone.
- General, Gang Sheet, Builder, Image to Sheet, Appearance and Gallery Settings each carry a round undo button at the top right, tooltipped Revert To. It lists earlier saved states of that page so you can roll a change back. Print on Demand does not have one.
