1 min readUpdated 2025-07-01

Steps

  • Navigate to the Image Management Panel – From your Shopify admin, go to Apps and open Drip Apps: Build a Gang Sheet . In the left-hand navigation menu within the app, click on Images .
  • Locate the Parent Category – In the Images section, browse through the existing categories. Once you find the category where you'd like to add a sub-category, click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to it to open additional options.
  • Add the Sub-Category – From the dropdown menu that appears, select Add Subcategory . Enter the name for your new sub-category and save it. Your sub-category will now be nested under the selected parent category, making your image library more organized and efficient.
  • Why Use Sub-Categories?

    • Keeps your design library clean and well-structured.
    • Makes it easier for team members to locate specific assets.
    • Improves the customer’s experience if browsing designs is enabled.
    • Helps segment designs by theme, type, or purpose.
