How to Download the File Successfully
Click Download either in the Shopify Orders page, or within the Build a Gang Sheet orders page.
A new browser window will open.
That window may load as a black screen with a broken image icon in the middle.
Right-click anywhere in the black area and click "Save As" .
Download the Print Ready File to your computer.
Why This Happens
This is a common issue when the gang sheet you’re downloading is too large for your browser to render.
