Steps

  • Click Build a Gang Sheet – Start by selecting Build a Gang Sheet from your Shopify admin dashboard.
  • Click Orders – This will take you into the section where all customer gang sheet submissions are listed.
  • View Order Details – Click the tab under an order to reveal the customer's gang sheet and further options.
  • Enable Customer Edits – Click Allow Edit to give customers the option to modify their submitted design after purchase.
  • Confirm Allow – Select Allow to send the edit request to the original customer for updates.
  • Success Confirmation – A confirmation message will appear once the edit link has been sent successfully.
  • Download Gang Sheet – Click Download Gang Sheet to download the design file directly to your system.
  • Edit Customer's Gang Sheet – Select Edit Design to personally adjust or optimize the customer’s submitted gang sheet.
  • Design Opens in New Tab – The editable version of the sheet will load in a new browser tab for quick changes.
  • Click View Images – This opens up the image gallery containing all uploaded elements for that order.
  • Click the Download Button – Download individual design images directly from the image gallery.
  • Your File Will Download – Once clicked, the download should appear at the bottom of your browser window.
  • Use Search to Locate Designs – You can use the Search field to quickly find specific designs based on keywords or product names.
  • View the Shopify Order – Click this icon to jump directly to the corresponding order within the Shopify admin interface.
  • View Shopify Order Details – You'll now see the full order details from Shopify, including transaction history and customer info.
  • Sort Fulfilled vs. Unfulfilled Orders – Easily toggle between Fulfilled and Unfulfilled statuses to prioritize your workflow.
  • Use the Search Field – Search by name, keyword, or design reference number using the field provided above the order list.
  • Change Search Logic Anytime – You can modify your search parameters to better refine results or adjust for different naming conventions.
