Builder Settings: Background Warning

Steps

  • Open App Settings – From your dashboard, click on Settings .
  • Select the Builder Tab – Click on the Builder section to access customization options for the design interface.
  • Enable Background Warning – Find the setting labeled "Enable Background Warning" . This will notify customers if their design still includes a background image.
  • Save the Setting – Click "Save All" to apply this setting for all customers using your app.
  • How It Works for Customers – Once enabled, when a customer uploads a design with a background, the Background Warning will automatically pop up.
  • Customers Can Dismiss the Warning – If the customer doesn’t want to see the alert again, they can click “Don’t show again” .
  • Remove Background Option – Additionally, customers will be provided with a “Remove Background” button to clean up their designs easily.

    • Why Use This Feature?

    • Prevents accidental printing of background elements.
    • Improves final print quality by catching common design oversights.
    • Gives customers a chance to correct issues before submitting their designs.
