How to get to your settings

2 min readUpdated 2026-09-16

Steps

  1. Open the Gang Sheet page — from the WordPress sidebar, click Gang Sheet. This loads the plugin's Home tab. You need the manage_options capability to see this menu, so shop managers cannot.
  2. Change what you can from here — the Home tab holds Store Name, Store Logo, Supported File Types, Gang Sheet File Name Format, Print File Name on top of Gang Sheet, the WooCommerce order-line charge toggle, and the Builder Setting block (Button Label, Button Background Color, Button Text Color, Show Gallery). Click Save at the top when you are done.
  3. Click Update More for everything else — this opens the Drip Apps merchant panel in a new browser tab and signs you in automatically. It is a separate application, not another WordPress screen.
  4. In the merchant panel, click Settings in the left sidebar, then pick a tab: Profile, Company, Settings or Password.

What is behind each tab

  • Profile — first name, last name, email, phone.
  • Company — Company Name, Company Id, Logo, Website, Company Location, Currency, Max Fee per Order, Commission Rate : per 1 in x 1 in, and the auto-charge credit settings.
  • Settings — opens four more sections: Gang Sheet (file naming, printed file names, QR/logo, output format, trimming, Dropbox), Builder (upload file types, image tools, Canva, background warnings, spacing), Image Gallery (Show Gallery, colour overlay, category view mode, watermarking), and Appearance (welcome popup, builder font and colours). Woo stores also get an Email Template section.
  • Password — change your merchant panel password.
Note

The button-label and button-colour fields exist in WordPress only. The builder's own font and theme colours are a different set of settings, in the merchant panel under Appearance.

Why the split matters

Changing the Button Label writes to WordPress. Changing almost anything else writes to Drip Apps. If a save half-fails you can end up with the two disagreeing — the storefront button showing an old label while the builder shows new settings. Re-saving on the Home tab usually resolves it.
