Appearance Settings – How to Give Access to Customers
This tutorial outlines how to configure the customer-facing features of the Build A Gangsheet App. By adjusting these settings, you can control what functionality customers see when using the gang sheet builder, helping to create a tailored and simplified user experience.
Step-by-Step: Configuring Customer Access Options
Click on the Update More button from the main dashboard.
Navigate to the Settings tab in the sidebar menu.
Click into the Settings mid-tab to access the available configurations.
From the settings options, select the Appearance tab.
Toggle the Start a Brand New Gang Sheet option ON or OFF depending on whether you want customers to see the option to begin a new sheet from scratch.
Enable or disable Open a Previously Ordered Gang Sheet to allow customers to revisit and reuse past orders.
Toggle Auto Build ON to let customers simply select images and have the builder auto-generate the gang sheet layout.
With Auto Build enabled, users only need to upload their files; the layout is created automatically without manual design steps.
The Auto Build feature is also accessible in other parts of the builder interface for added convenience.
Turn ON the Open Working Gang Sheet option to automatically reopen any gang sheet that a customer previously left incomplete.
Toggle the Name and Number feature ON or OFF to control whether customers can add personalized names and numbers to their designs.
Important Notes
- Name and Number Tool: This feature must also be individually enabled on each product for it to appear in the builder.
