Appearance Settings – How to Show the Welcome Popup and Choose a View Mode
This guide walks you through enabling or disabling the welcome popup in the Build A Gangsheet App, and how to choose between list or gallery view for displaying design elements to users. These options help tailor the app’s interface to your customer experience strategy.
Step-by-Step: Accessing Appearance Settings
From your main dashboard, click on Update More .
Select the Settings option from the sidebar menu.
Click on the Settings mid-tab to access configuration options.
Navigate to the Appearance section.
Scroll to find the option labeled Show Welcome Popup . Toggle it ON or OFF based on whether you want customers to see a greeting popup upon entering the builder.
Next, choose a view mode for your builder’s design layout: List View: Displays assets in a structured list for easy scanning and selection. Gallery View: Displays assets as thumbnails. Make sure images are uploaded in your settings so they populate this layout.
Pro Tip: The welcome popup is useful for new users or for highlighting promotions. Use Gallery View if you want a more visual, curated presentation; choose List View if speed and organization are your priorities.
