Settings Overview

The Settings area is where you configure how your entire shop runs — from how the dashboard looks to how orders are numbered and how documents are formatted. This overview maps each settings page so you can jump straight to what you need.

The settings pages

From the Settings navigation you'll find:

  • Profile — Your personal account details, avatar, password, and two-factor authentication.
  • Appearance — Dashboard colors, dark mode, sidebar style, the customizer button, and your dashboard widgets.
  • Language — The display language for your dashboard and storefront.
  • Order Statuses — The stages orders move through, plus their colors, icons, and email/SMS notifications.
  • Decoration Methods — The techniques your shop offers and how each is priced.
  • Designer — Which customization tools (text, image uploads) are available to customers.
  • Gallery — Watermark settings applied to proof and gallery images.
  • Gang Sheets — The Bags gang sheet builder integration.
  • Catalogs — Connected wholesale suppliers and your custom catalog.
  • Document Templates — The look of quotes, invoices, and other PDFs.
  • Document Numbers — Prefixes and numbering sequences for each document type.
  • Shipping — Shipping methods, rates, and local pickup.
  • Storefront Assignment — Which team members can access which storefronts.
  • Changelog — A running history of platform updates.
  • Support — Open a support ticket without leaving the dashboard.
  • How settings are organized

Most settings pages follow the same pattern: adjust the options you want, then click Save. Some pages, like Order Statuses and Appearance, let you drag items to reorder them, and offer a Reset option to return to defaults.

    Where to start

If you're setting up a new shop, work top to bottom: confirm your profile, set your appearance and language, lock in decoration methods and catalogs, then handle documents, numbering, and shipping before you go live. Once configured, most of these settings rarely need to change.
