Profile and Security Settings

Your Profile settings hold your personal account information and the security options that protect your login. The page is split into two tabs: Profile and Security.

Update your profile

On the Profile tab you can manage:

  • Name — The name shown on your account.
  • Email — Your login email address.
  • Phone — A contact number for your account.
  • Company — Your shop name, pulled from your shop record.
  • Avatar — A profile photo. Use the camera control to upload an image.
  • Make your changes, then click Save to apply them. A confirmation appears when your profile is updated.

    Change your password

Also on the Profile area, you can update your password:

  • Enter your current password.
  • Enter your new password.
  • Confirm the new password by typing it again.
  • Save your changes.
  • Use the show/hide toggles beside each field if you want to check what you've typed. If the new password and confirmation don't match, you'll see an error before anything is saved.

    Enable two-factor authentication

The Security tab is where you turn on two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of protection:

  • Open the Security tab.
  • Follow the prompts to set up two-factor authentication.
  • Complete the verification step to confirm it's working.
  • Once enabled, you'll be asked for a second factor when you log in, so a stolen password alone isn't enough to access your account. The page shows whether 2FA is currently on or off.

    Keeping your account secure

Use a strong, unique password and keep 2FA enabled, especially if your shop has multiple team members or handles customer payments. If you ever lose access to your second factor, contact support through Settings → Support so your account can be recovered safely.
