Gallery and Watermark Settings
The Gallery settings page controls the watermark applied to images in your gallery and proofs. Watermarks help protect your artwork and clearly mark images as proofs before an order is approved. You can use either a text watermark or an image watermark.
Choose a watermark type
Go to Settings → Gallery.
Choose Text to stamp words like "PROOF" across images, or Image to overlay a logo or graphic.
Configure the options for the type you chose (see below).
Click Save.
A live preview helps you see how the watermark will look before you commit.
Text watermark options
When using a text watermark, you can set:
Watermark text — the words to display (for example, PROOF).
Font size and color.
Opacity — how see-through the mark is.
Position — center, tiled across the image, or diagonal.
Angle and margin for fine-tuning placement.
Image watermark options
When using an image watermark, you can:
Upload a watermark image, or reuse your shop logo.
Set opacity, scale, and position (center, tile, or diagonal).
Adjust margin and angle to control placement.
Reprocess existing images
If you change your watermark after images already exist, you can reapply it:
Open the reprocess option from the Gallery settings page.
Start the reprocess to apply your current watermark to existing gallery images.
Watch the progress indicator, which shows how many images are completed and any failures.
This keeps your whole gallery consistent with your latest watermark instead of only affecting new uploads.
Tips
Keep opacity high enough to deter misuse but low enough that customers can still evaluate the design.
Diagonal or tiled positioning is harder to crop out than a single centered mark.
Preview before saving, and reprocess after any change so existing proofs match your new settings.
