Settings Tab: How To Get To Settings (WordPress)

3 min readUpdated 2026-09-16

Two places, not one

Important

Build A Gang Sheet settings are split across two applications. A handful live in WordPress on the Gang Sheet Home tab. Everything else lives in the Drip Apps merchant panel, which opens in a separate browser tab when you click Update More.

What you can change without leaving WordPress

On the Gang Sheet Home tab: Store Name, Store Logo, Supported File Types, Gang Sheet File Name Format, Print File Name on top of Gang Sheet, and "Show gang sheet charge on order line items". Under Builder Setting on the same tab: Button Label, Button Background Color, Button Text Color and Show Gallery. Press Save at the top of the Home tab to store them.

Steps to reach everything else

  1. In the WordPress admin sidebar, click Gang Sheet.
  2. On the Home tab, click Update More. A new browser tab opens and logs you into the merchant panel automatically.
  3. In the merchant panel sidebar, click Settings.
  4. Pick one of the tabs across the top.

The Settings tabs in the merchant panel

Profile — your first name, last name, email and phone number.

Company — Company Name, Company Id, Logo, Website, Company Location, Currency, Max Fee per Order, and Commission Rate : per 1 in x 1 in. Auto Charge Credits, Minimum Credit and Default Charge Credits are also here.

Settings — this one opens a second level of sections down the left:

  • Gang Sheet — Gang Sheet File Name Format, Edit Request Email, Upload Product File Types, Print File Name (with Position, Height and Spacing), Print QR/Logo, Gang Sheet File Type, Download File, Trim empty space at the bottom, Disable Anti-Aliasing and Upload to Dropbox.
  • Builder — Supported Upload File Types, the image tools, Canva, Google Drive and Dropbox customer imports, background warnings, spacing and the rest of the in-builder behaviour.
  • Image Gallery — Show Gallery, Enable Color Overlay, Category View Mode, Watermark Type, Custom Watermark Text and Watermark Opacity.
  • Appearance — Show Welcome Popup and its options, Builder Font Name, the builder theme colours and presets.
  • Email Template — the wording of the emails sent to you and your customers. (Not shown on Custom API stores.)

Password — change your merchant panel password.

Note

There is no "Enable Sorting", resolution or mapping setting in the Image Gallery section. Enable sort exists on Shopify stores only.

Note

The Cart Page section inside Settings → Settings is only shown on standalone stores. WooCommerce merchants will not see it, because WooCommerce provides the cart.

Pro tip

If a merchant cannot find a setting you have described, the first question to ask is which of the two applications they are looking at. The WordPress screen has six tabs across the top — Home, Products, Orders, Payments, Images, Support. The merchant panel has a long sidebar starting with Dashboard.
