View Active and Inactive Products

This guide walks you through how to identify, manage, and review the availability status of your products in the WooCommerce-integrated version of the Drip Apps platform. You'll learn how to verify product visibility and test customer-facing previews.

How to Access Product Status

Start by navigating to the "Products" tab on your admin dashboard.

Your list of products will populate automatically, along with relevant product details.

Viewing Status: Active vs Inactive

Each product entry displays a status label indicating whether the product is Active (available for customers to purchase) or Inactive (not visible to customers).

Use this status to monitor your product catalog and ensure that only the correct listings are live.
You can toggle between these statuses when updating product settings under "Update More."

Navigating Through the Builder Interface

From the "Gang Sheet" menu, navigate to "Home" to access your primary product setup panel.

Select "Update More" to view and edit deeper product configurations.

Customer View and Testing

Before finalizing your updates, click "View Builder" to preview how the product will appear to customers.

This is useful to verify product visibility, appearance, and available configurations—ensuring a seamless front-end experience for users.

Best Practice: Periodically review your Active and Inactive products to clean up outdated listings and streamline your store’s inventory presentation.
