Orders Tab: How To View Images and Upload Customer Images of Shopify Orders

Steps

  • Open the Orders Tab – Start by selecting the Orders tab in your Build A Gangsheet app dashboard.
  • Locate the Customer Order – Use the search or scroll functionality to find the specific customer order you want to manage. Orders are displayed with basic metadata including name, date, and status.
  • View Submitted Images – Click on the View Images button associated with the order to open the customer's uploaded images for that gang sheet.
  • Download Customer Images – Click the download icon to save a copy of the customer's upload. This is useful for internal proofing or editing before production.

    • Quickly verify and download customer-uploaded artwork.
    • Enable manual uploads or re-uploads for order corrections.
    • Facilitates efficient proofing and production workflows.
