Gang Sheet Settings: Gang Sheet File Name Format

Steps

1. Open Settings – Navigate to the Settings tab from your BAGS app dashboard to begin the customization process.
2. Click the Icon to Access Gang Sheet Options – Look for and click on the Gang Sheet settings to access all related configuration tools.
3. Select Gang Sheet File Name Format – Click on the Gang Sheet File Name Format option to begin customizing how your output files are named. You can use a combination of static text and dynamic variables (e.g., order number, customer name, date) to structure file names in a way that suits your operations.

• Improves tracking and sorting of print files by automatically applying consistent naming conventions.
