Gang Sheet Settings: Gang Sheet File Name Format

Steps

Open Settings – Navigate to the Settings tab from your BAGS app dashboard to begin the customization process.

Click the Icon to Access Gang Sheet Options – Look for and click on the Gang Sheet settings to access all related configuration tools.

Select Gang Sheet File Name Format – Click on the Gang Sheet File Name Format option to begin customizing how your output files are named. You can use a combination of static text and dynamic variables (e.g., order number, customer name, date) to structure file names in a way that suits your operations.

Why Customize File Name Format?

Improves tracking and sorting of print files by automatically applying consistent naming conventions.
Reduces errors by embedding useful identifiers directly into filenames (like SKU or order ID).
Makes it easier for your production team to locate and process the correct files.
