Gang Sheet Setting: Gang File Type (Shopify)

Steps

  • Open Settings – From your BAGS app dashboard, click on the Settings tab to access customization options for your builder or gang sheet configurations.
  • Navigate to Gang Sheet Settings – Once inside the Settings panel, click on the Gang Sheet tab to manage sheet-specific settings, including file output formats.
  • Understand File Type Options – The Gang Sheet File Type setting determines the output format used when a gang sheet is generated. Choose the format that is compatible with your print equipment and preferred production workflow.
  • Select Your Preferred Format – You can choose from multiple output types including: - PNG - High-resolution raster image, good for most print jobs - PDF - Ideal for vector precision and layout control - TIFF - High-quality image format often used in industrial printing Select the one that best suits your production setup.

    • Ensures that your gang sheets are compatible with your printer’s required format.
    • Improves print quality and minimizes formatting issues.
    • Gives you flexibility to match your production needs (e.g., vector vs. raster output).
