Manage Storefront Customers and Orders

Once your store is live, the work shifts to running it: fulfilling orders and supporting customers. Each storefront has its own management area so you can keep multiple stores organized. This article shows you where to find everything.

Open a Storefront's Management Area

  • Go to Storefronts in the dashboard sidebar.
  • Choose the storefront you want to manage.
  • Use its sidebar to move between orders, customers, products, and settings for that specific store.
  • The storefronts list also shows each store's order count at a glance, so you can spot which stores are busiest.

    Review Orders

  • Open the Orders area for the storefront.
  • Review incoming and past orders.
  • Open an order to see its items, customer details, shipping information, and status.
  • Update or process orders as you fulfill them.
  • Because each storefront tracks its own orders, you always know which store a sale came from.

    Manage Customers

  • Open the Customers section for the storefront.
  • Review the shoppers who have registered or ordered from this store.
  • Open a customer to see their details and order history.
  • This helps you recognize repeat buyers and support customers when they reach out.

    Keep Products and Content Current

From the same management area you can:

  • Adjust the products assigned to the store.
  • Update collections and page content in the editor.
  • Refresh discounts for new promotions.
  • Review SEO settings so your store is easy to find.
  • Run Multiple Stores with Confidence

Everything is scoped per storefront — orders, customers, products, and discounts — so managing several stores stays clean and organized. Switch between them from the storefronts list whenever you need to.
