Edit Your Storefront in the Editor

The editor is where you design your storefront visually — adding blocks, arranging layouts, and tuning every detail on a live preview. This article covers how to work in the editor day to day.

Open the Editor

  • Go to Storefronts in the dashboard sidebar.
  • Find your storefront and choose Edit.
  • The editor opens with a live preview of your store on the canvas and settings panels around it.
  • Drip Merch automatically opens the right editor for your storefront so you get the correct tools for its layout system.

    Choose a Page to Edit

  • Use the page selector to switch between pages — homepage, product pages, collections, and custom pages.
  • Each page loads its own layout of sections and droplets.
  • Changes you make apply to the page (or page type) you're editing.
  • Add and Arrange Blocks

  • Open the sections sidebar to browse available sections and droplets.
  • Add a block to the page by placing it on the canvas.
  • Reorder blocks to change how the page flows from top to bottom.
  • Resize or reposition blocks to build the layout you want.
  • Adjust Block Settings

  • Click any block on the canvas to select it.
  • The settings panel opens with that block's options — text, images, colors, links, and layout controls.
  • Use the color pickers, image pickers, and link pickers to set content.
  • Preview updates live as you make changes.
  • Work with the Header and Footer

Your header and footer appear on every page. Select them in the editor to set navigation menus, logos, and layout so they stay consistent across the store.

    Save and Preview

  • Save your changes when a page looks right.
  • Use the preview to see the store exactly as a customer would.
  • Repeat for each page until your storefront is complete.
  • Next Steps

Once your pages are built, add products and collections so customers have something to browse. See Add Products and Collections.
