Design: Design ID

Steps

  • Access the Designs Tab – From your Shopify admin dashboard, click on the Designs tab to view all customer-created or submitted gang sheets.
  • Copy the Design ID – Each design listed includes a visible Design ID . You can click or hover over this field to easily copy it for internal tracking, support tickets, or customer service follow-up.

    • Why Use Design IDs?

    • Quickly reference specific designs when assisting customers.
    • Search for designs even if an order hasn’t been placed.
    • Enhance internal communication and support efficiency.
