Steps
- Access the Designs Tab – From your Shopify admin dashboard, click on the Designs tab to view all customer-created or submitted gang sheets.
- Copy the Design ID – Each design listed includes a visible Design ID . You can click or hover over this field to easily copy it for internal tracking, support tickets, or customer service follow-up.
Why Use Design IDs?
- Quickly reference specific designs when assisting customers.
- Search for designs even if an order hasn’t been placed.
- Enhance internal communication and support efficiency.
