Appearance Settings: Show Welcome Pop Up Settings

Steps

  • Open the Apps Section – From your Shopify admin, click on the Apps tab to access the builder app settings.
  • Select Your Builder App – Click on the builder app from the list of installed applications.
  • Click Settings – Within the app interface, click Settings to access pop-up configuration options.
  • Toggle Welcome Pop-Up Options – You’ll see various options you can toggle ON or OFF based on the experience you want to offer customers: ### Start a Brand New Gang Sheet Allows customers to begin a new design project from scratch. ### Open a Previously Ordered Gang Sheet Enables customers to reopen a previously completed and purchased gang sheet for reordering or editing. ### Auto Build Automatically creates the layout after the customer uploads images, skipping manual placement steps.
  • What Happens When Auto Build is Enabled – If Auto Build is turned on, customers will be prompted to simply upload their images—no manual arrangement is required. You’ll also see a reference to the Auto Build feature within the builder interface itself:
  • Resume Unfinished Work – Enable Open Working Gang Sheet to automatically resume the last in-progress project when the customer reopens the builder.
  • Manage Name and Number Tool – You can enable or disable the Name and Number tool using the toggle here. This controls whether the customer is prompted to enter personalization for names and jersey numbers. Tip: This feature also needs to be toggled on or off at the individual product level for it to be available to customers during configuration.
