Products: Print File Name

Steps

  • Open the Products Tab – From the Build A Gangsheet App dashboard, navigate to the left-hand menu and click on “Products.” This will bring up a list of all configured products tied to your gang sheet setup.
  • Click “View” on a Product – Locate the product you want to inspect and click “View.” This opens a preview panel where you can see how the final gang sheet and associated files will appear to both the merchant and the customer.
  • Display the Print File Name – Within the product preview, look for the option labeled “Print File Name.” Click on it to reveal the file name assigned to the final output artwork. This is the name used during file download and fulfillment processing.

    • Helps confirm that each generated print file is properly named and organized.
    • Reduces errors during order processing by allowing a quick cross-check.
    • Ideal for shops handling high-volume or batch orders that require naming consistency.
