Gang Sheet Settings (Standalone): Print File Name

Steps

  • Navigate to Settings – Go to the following URL: https://app.buildagangsheet.com/merchant/settings to access your settings page.
  • Go to Settings – Once you’re in the settings page, select the "Settings" option from the home tab to proceed.
  • Select Gang Sheet Tab – Within the settings, locate and select the "Gang Sheet" tab, where you will find all related settings for gang sheets.
  • Print File Name (Default) Feature – The "Print File Name (Default)" option allows you to print specific "Gang Sheet File Name Format" variables on every order. This ensures that each gang sheet has relevant information printed with it.
  • Select Available Tags – Choose the "Available Tags" you wish to print on top of your gang sheet. These tags could include customer-specific information, design names, or any other data you’d like to include for better organization.
  • Turn Print File Name ON – Enable the "Print File Name" option to ensure the tags you’ve selected are printed on every gang sheet, based on the "Gang Sheet File Name Format."
  • Choose File Name Position – Decide where you want the file name to appear on your gang sheet. You can choose from various positions to ensure it fits with your design layout.
  • Select File Name Height – Adjust the height of the file name text that will appear on the gang sheet. This setting lets you control how large or small the file name appears, depending on your preferences.
  • Save Your Settings – Once you've made all the necessary adjustments to your settings, click "Save All" to confirm and apply your changes to the gang sheet configuration.
