Builder Settings (Custom): Collect Shipping Address on Checkout

Steps

Open Builder Settings – Navigate to the Settings tab, then select Builder . In this section, you’ll find options such as Supported File Types, 300 DPI auto-resize, Canva support, background warnings, and other advanced builder tools.

Enable Shipping Address Collection – Scroll down until you locate the "Collect Shipping Addresses on Checkout" option. Toggle this setting to ON to start capturing customer shipping details at checkout. This ensures you have accurate address data if you're fulfilling physical products or want to keep records for any reason.

Why Enable Shipping Address Collection?

Improves order accuracy for physical shipments
Collects customer data for backend use or communication
Provides greater control over fulfillment logistics
