Design Tab(Standalone): How To Search Designs

Steps

  • Go to the Designs Tab – Navigate to https://app.buildagangsheet.com/merchant/customers and click on the Designs tab to view uploaded gang sheets.
  • Filter by Status – Use the dropdown filter to view designs based on status: Created , Processing , Completed , Failed , or All .
  • Use the Search Field – Use the search field to quickly locate designs. You can search by keyword, file name, or partial matches.
  • Search by Customer or Design – Specify if you're searching by Customer name or Design title to further refine your results and streamline your workflow.

    • Quickly locate specific designs for editing or reprocessing.
    • Efficiently track the progress of designs through each stage.
    • Enhances customer support by allowing fast access to their assets.
