Customer Tab

Steps

  • Navigate to Customer Settings – Go to https://app.buildagangsheet.com/merchant/settings and open the dashboard.
  • Select Customers – From the dashboard navigation menu, click on Customers .
  • Click Add Customer – Select the Add Customer button to begin creating a new customer record.
  • Enter Customer Information – Fill in the necessary details including name, email address, and any other relevant information for your customer.
  • Optional: Send Confirmation Email – You may choose to enable the checkbox labeled "Send email to the customer about the customer creation" to notify the customer upon creation.
  • Save Your Changes – Click Save . Your customer account will now be listed and available within your app dashboard.

    • Manually add customers to your platform with full control.
    • Preload customer records before order placement.
    • Enable direct communication via optional email notification.
