Names and Numbers Rosters

For team jerseys, staff shirts, and event apparel, the Name & Number tool lets you personalize each garment individually — and the roster import lets you set up a whole team in one pass instead of designing one shirt at a time.

Add a name and number

  • Open the Name & Number panel.
  • Enter the name and number for the item.
  • Style them to match your design:
  • - Font — choose the typeface. - Size — set how large the lettering prints. - Text Color — the fill color of the name and number. - Stroke Color — an outline color (for example, #FFFFFF for a white edge on a dark garment).
  • Position the name and number on the correct view — typically the number on the front or back and the name across the shoulders.
  • Import a whole roster

Instead of entering each person by hand, import a list:

  • Open the roster import option and select your spreadsheet (CSV).
  • Map the columns so each row's name, number, and size line up correctly.
  • The roster table fills in with every person on your list.
  • Quantities sync automatically to the roster, so your order reflects one personalized garment per entry.
  • Review the roster

    • The roster table shows each entry so you can spot typos before ordering.
    • Edit any row directly if a name or number needs a fix.
    • Names and numbers ride along with the design into the cart and onto the order, so production sees exactly who gets what.

    Tips

    • Double-check spelling — personalized items usually can't be resold if a name is wrong.
    • Keep stroke color consistent across the roster for a uniform team look.
    • A clean spreadsheet (one row per person, clear name/number/size columns) makes the import fast and error-free.
