Managing Multiple Designs and Products

A single order often includes more than one garment or more than one design idea. The Design Studio is built for that: you can add several products, create multiple design variations, and switch freely between them while each one's canvas is saved for you.

Work with multiple products

  • Open the Products panel to see your current order under Your Order.
  • Add another product to design a second garment alongside the first.
  • For each product, rename, duplicate, or delete it using the row controls (Rename, Duplicate, Delete).
  • Switch between products by selecting them — the canvas loads that product's design, colors, and views.
  • If no products are available yet, the panel shows "No products available" — add one to begin.

    Create design variations

The Designs area (managed in the Design Manager panel) lets you keep several versions of a design:

  • Use Add new design to start a fresh variation.
  • Use Duplicate design to branch from an existing one and tweak it.
  • Use Edit name to label each design clearly (for example, "Front logo only" vs "Full front + back").
  • Switching between designs saves the current canvas and restores the one you're moving to, so nothing is lost.

    Why this matters

    • Offer a customer a couple of layout options without starting over.
    • Design the front and back of a garment, then reuse the same artwork on a second product.
    • Keep a clean order made up of several distinct, clearly named items.

    Tips

    • Name your products and designs as you go — it's much easier than sorting them out later.
    • Duplicate when two versions share most of their artwork; it's faster than rebuilding.
    • Everything you set up here flows into the cart, so a tidy studio means a tidy order.
