Approve or Decline
Open the quote from the Quotes list.
When the customer accepts, mark the quote Approved to signal it's ready to become an order.
If it's a no, use Decline or Reject so the quote is clearly closed out and doesn't clutter your active pipeline.
Discuss on the Quote Thread
Use the quote's comment thread to ask and answer questions without leaving the quote.
