Keep Quotes Moving

A quote isn't done when you send it, it's done when the customer says yes. Drip Merch gives you clear actions to move a quote through its lifecycle and a built-in comment thread so every question and revision stays attached to the quote itself.

Approve or Decline

  • Open the quote from the Quotes list.
  • When the customer accepts, mark the quote Approved to signal it's ready to become an order.
  • If it's a no, use Decline or Reject so the quote is clearly closed out and doesn't clutter your active pipeline.
  • Discuss on the Quote Thread

  • Use the quote's comment thread to ask and answer questions without leaving the quote.
  • Capture revisions, artwork notes, and pricing clarifications in one place.
  • Because the conversation lives on the quote, anyone on your team can catch up instantly, no digging through email.
  • Share With Customers

  • Generate a public share link so the customer can view the quote in their browser.
  • Send a polished PDF version when they want something to save or forward internally.
  • Keep the shared quote current, so what the customer sees always matches your latest numbers.
  • Convert or Duplicate

  • Once a quote is approved, Convert to Order to push it straight into production without re-keying anything.
  • Need a similar quote for another customer? Duplicate it and adjust.
  • Set a valid until date so stale quotes expire and pricing stays accurate.
  • Clear approve/decline states plus an on-quote conversation mean fewer lost deals and zero guesswork about where a quote stands.
