Quote Like a Pro
Quotes are how you win the job before it ever hits production. Drip Merch's PDF-style quote editor lets you build a clean, branded quote with products, decoration details, and totals that looks great the moment your customer opens it. Start from Quotes → New, pick your customer, and start adding line items.
Add Products and Line Items
- Use the product picker to add catalog or custom products to the quote.
- Set quantities and sizes for each line, and the totals update as you go.
- Edit or remove line items until the quote reflects exactly what you're offering. Line items cannot be reordered — they stay in the order you added them.
Specify Decoration
- Attach a decoration method (screen print, embroidery, DTG, DTF, and more) to each line item.
- Add print locations and color counts so pricing reflects the real work involved.
- Decoration specs and setup charges flow into the line-item totals automatically.
Set Validity and Totals
- Set a valid until date so customers know the quote won't last forever.
- Review the totals block, which rolls up product, decoration, and any additional charges.
- A template picker is shown, but the choice is not saved — the PDF always renders with the shop's default quote template. To change how quotes look, change the default under Settings → Documents.
Send, Track, and Convert
- Generate a PDF to email or share with the customer.
- Use Email to Customer to send the quote. That email carries the link to the customer's online view of the quote. There is no separate copy-a-share-link action.
- Once approved, the quote can be Converted to an Order in a click, carrying over line items and details, or duplicated to spin up a similar quote fast.
Quotes double as a collaboration tool: keep a threaded conversation with the customer right on the quote, so questions, tweaks, and approvals all live in one place.
