Design PDF Document Templates

Your Documents, Your Brand

Every quote, invoice, order, and purchase order can be printed from a template you design. The Document Templates library (Settings → Documents) gives you a starting template for each document type, and a full drag-and-drop editor to make them look exactly like your shop. Your first visit seeds sensible defaults, so you can start editing right away instead of building from a blank page.

Work in the Template Library

  • Browse templates by document type: quote, invoice, order, and purchase order.
  • Filter and search to find the template you want to edit.
  • Duplicate a template to experiment without touching your live version.
  • Mark a template as the Default so it's used automatically for that document type.
  • Design in the Editor

  • Open a template to launch the visual editor, with panels for pages, elements, fields, layers, and properties.
  • Drag elements onto the canvas: text, images, shapes, and tables.
  • Add your logo, adjust fonts and colors, and arrange headers and footers to match your brand.
  • Use the layers and pages panels to organize multi-page documents.
  • Bind Live Data With Fields

  • Open the Fields panel to drop in dynamic data like customer name, order number, dates, and totals.
  • Add a line-item table that automatically fills with the products and decoration on each document.
  • Bound fields pull real values at print time, so one template serves every customer and every job.
  • Preview and Save

  • Use the live preview to see exactly how the finished PDF will look.
  • Autosave keeps your work safe as you design.
  • Once you're happy, set it as default and your quotes and invoices instantly adopt the new look.
  • A polished, consistent document template makes your shop look bigger and more professional on every piece of paper a customer sees.
