The Production Board
The Production page gives your shop floor a live view of where each job stands. Its columns are the production workflow of the job's decoration method — by default Queue, In Production and Complete, and whatever stages you have defined for that method under Settings → Decoration Methods.
the eight-stage sequence Awaiting, PO Placed, In Transit, Received, Partial Check-in, Checked In, Decorating, Complete is a different thing. It is the Production column on the main Orders list, derived automatically from purchase-order and check-in activity. It is not the production board and you cannot move a job between those eight stages.
Search and Filter Jobs
- Use the Search box to jump to a specific order. It matches the order number, the order nickname and the customer's name or company — not product names.
- Filter by decoration method using the method chips, or switch on the ready-only toggle. There is no stage filter and no date filter.
- Watch the PO indicators to see how many pieces have been received against how many were ordered. The indicator does not carry tracking information.
Check In Materials
When blanks arrive, check them in so decorating can begin:
- Open the job and record how many pieces you received for each line item.
- A partial delivery moves the job to Partial Check-in; a full delivery marks it Checked In.
- Once everything is received, the job is ready to move into decorating.
Deduct On-Hand Inventory
If you're pulling from stock instead of ordering fresh blanks, use the inventory deduct flow:
- The Deduct On Hand Inventory prompt cannot be opened on demand. It appears by itself, for the whole job, when you advance that job into the stage you configured as the method's inventory deduction stage.
- Review the On Hand, Needed, and Total figures.
- Confirm the deduction to pull those pieces from stock. If on-hand is short, you'll see an Insufficient On Hand Inventory warning, and inventory can still be deducted where allowed.
Mockups and Gang Sheets
- Open the Design Mockups gallery to review approved artwork and mockups for the job.
- Gang sheet status is not shown on the production board. Open the order itself to see it.
- Use these tools to make sure every piece is decorated correctly before marking the job complete.
