One Place for Every Customer
The Customers page is your address book and account history rolled into one. Each customer record holds their contact details, addresses, notes, and a running total of what they've spent, so whether you're quoting a reorder or chasing a balance, everything you need is right there.
Add a Customer
Click New to create a customer record.
Enter their first and last name, email, and phone number.
Add billing and shipping addresses so they auto-fill on quotes, invoices, and orders.
Save the record to make the customer available across the dashboard.
Review a Customer Profile
Open any customer to see their full profile.
Review Contact details, Email, Phone, and Address on file.
Check Total Spent to gauge the value of the relationship at a glance.
Scan their order history to see past jobs, statuses, and totals.
Keep Useful Notes
Use the Notes field to record preferences, sizing, artwork details, or anything your team should remember.
Notes travel with the customer, so whoever picks up the next job has the context they need.
Speed Up Reorders
Open a returning customer's profile.
Reference a previous order to rebuild the same job quickly.
Because their contact and address details are saved, new quotes and orders start pre-filled, cutting data entry to almost nothing.
A well-kept customer list turns one-off jobs into repeat business: accurate contacts mean smoother communication, and complete history means faster, more accurate reorders.
