One Place for Every Customer

The Customers page is your address book and account history rolled into one. Each customer record holds their contact details, addresses, notes, and a running total of what they've spent, so whether you're quoting a reorder or chasing a balance, everything you need is right there.

Add a Customer

  • Click New to create a customer record.
  • Enter their first and last name, email, and phone number.
  • Add billing and shipping addresses so they auto-fill on quotes, invoices, and orders.
  • Save the record to make the customer available across the dashboard.
  • Review a Customer Profile

  • Open any customer to see their full profile.
  • Review Contact details, Email, Phone, and Address on file.
  • Check Total Spent to gauge the value of the relationship at a glance.
  • Scan their order history to see past jobs, statuses, and totals.
  • Keep Useful Notes

  • Use the Notes field to record preferences, sizing, artwork details, or anything your team should remember.
  • Notes travel with the customer, so whoever picks up the next job has the context they need.
  • Speed Up Reorders

  • Open a returning customer's profile.
  • Reference a previous order to rebuild the same job quickly.
  • Because their contact and address details are saved, new quotes and orders start pre-filled, cutting data entry to almost nothing.
  • A well-kept customer list turns one-off jobs into repeat business: accurate contacts mean smoother communication, and complete history means faster, more accurate reorders.
