Your Order Command Center
The Orders page is where every job lives, from a fresh quote through to a delivered box of merch. Each row shows the order number, an optional nickname, the customer, the current status, the total, the amount paid, and the due date, so you can size up your workload at a glance. Production indicators surface right in the list too, so you can see which jobs are awaiting materials, in transit, checked in, or decorating without opening them.
Find the Order You Need
Use the Search box to look up an order by number, nickname, or customer.
Click Filter to narrow the list by status or other criteria.
Watch the due-date column, which highlights orders that are close to due or overdue so nothing slips.
Sort and scan the production badges to spot jobs stuck at a particular stage.
Create and Open Orders
Click New to start an order from scratch, adding the customer, line items, and decoration details.
Click any row (or the Eye icon) to open the full order detail page, where you'll find the timeline, totals, line items, artwork, and roster.
Use the Edit action to change quantities, pricing, or products on an existing order.
Take Quick Actions
Open an order's row menu (the ⋮ icon) for shortcuts like view, edit, download, and delete.
Download order paperwork directly from the list when you need a quick copy.
Use the status badge to see where each order sits in your custom workflow.
Archive and Restore
When a job is fully wrapped up, archive it to keep your active list clean:
Choose Archive from an order's actions to move it out of the main view.
Switch to the archived view to see completed jobs.
Use Restore to bring an archived order back if you need to reopen or reference it.
Archiving never deletes the record, so your history, totals, and customer activity stay intact for reporting and future reorders.
