Importing Catalog Products

Catalog import is the fast lane for stocking proven apparel: browse a connected supplier's catalog (such as S&S Activewear or SanMar), pick styles, and add them to your shop with supplier data already attached. This article covers importing and getting those products sale-ready.

Import from the catalog

  • Open the import products tool from your products area.
  • Browse or search the supplier catalog for the styles you want.
  • Select the products to bring in and confirm the import.
  • Imported products arrive with the supplier's colors, sizes, images, wholesale cost, and part numbers already populated as variants.

    Filter and find your products

On your products list you can narrow the view with filters:

    • Catalog / Provider — show products from a specific supplier.
    • Brand — filter to a single apparel brand.
    • Category — filter by product category.
    • Custom Products (No Vendor) — isolate your self-created products.
These filters make it easy to manage a large mix of catalog and custom items.

    Make imported products sale-ready

    After importing, finish setup:

  • Markup Settings — apply your flat or percentage markup so nothing sells at cost.
  • Customization Toggle — decide whether the product is customizable in the Design Studio; add print areas if so.
  • Assign to Storefront(s) — publish the product to the storefronts where it should appear.
  • Bulk actions

For many products at once, bulk edit lets you set active/inactive, adjust prices, and assign a category across your selection — with a pending-changes review before you apply.

    Tips

    • Apply markup immediately after import to protect your margins.
    • Only assign products to the storefronts that should carry them.
    • Turn on customization and add print areas only for items you want customers to design.
