Editing and Organizing Products

Your products list is the command center for everything you sell. From here you can open any product to edit it, run changes across many products at once, and keep your catalog organized across storefronts.

Edit a single product

Open a product to update:

  • Details — name, description, category, brand, and pricing.
  • Images — the product photos per color and view.
  • Variants — colors, sizes, and per-variant stock.
  • Decoration — the print areas and decoration rules that control the Design Studio.
  • Save your changes and the storefront updates accordingly.

    Filter and browse

Use the list filters to focus on what you need:

    • Category, Brand, and Catalog / Provider to slice by attribute or source.
    • Custom Products (No Vendor) to see only your self-created items.

    Make bulk changes

When you need to change many products at once, open bulk edit:

  • Set active or inactive for all — publish or unpublish a selection together.
  • Adjust prices for all products — apply a pricing change across the set.
  • Assign category to all products — tag a group with a category name.
  • Review the Pending Changes summary, then apply.
  • Assign to storefronts

Products only appear where you publish them:

  • Use Assign to Storefront(s) to choose which storefronts carry a product.
  • Combine with the customization toggle and markup settings to fully configure each listing.
  • Tips

    • Keep categories and brands consistent so filters and storefront navigation stay clean.
    • Use bulk edit for seasonal repricing and for activating/deactivating groups of products.
    • Always review the pending-changes list before applying a bulk action — it's your safety net.
