Targeting Specific Products

Sometimes you want a quantity break on just a few products rather than your whole catalog. The specific products visibility option lets you hand-pick exactly which products carry the deal.

When to Target Specific Products

  • Running an offer on your best-selling items.
  • Building a single-product bundle, like a coffee 3-pack.
  • Testing quantity breaks on a small group before rolling them out more widely.
  • Selecting Your Products

  • Open the deal and set its visibility to specific products.
  • Choose the products you want the deal to apply to.
  • You must select at least one product — the app won't let you save a specific-products deal with an empty list.
  • Save the deal.
  • Single-Product Deals and Specific Pricing

  • If your deal targets exactly one product, you unlock the specific discount type, which lets you set a precise target price per unit.
  • This precise pricing isn't available once more than one product is selected, or when the deal targets all products or collections.
  • So if you need exact per-unit pricing control, keep the deal focused on a single product.

    Combining With Exclusions

  • Specific-products targeting is an allow-list — only the products you pick are included.
  • If you instead want "everything except a few," use the all-products visibility with exclusions (see the exclusions article).
  • Previewing

After saving, open one of the selected products and confirm the deal bar appears with the right tiers. Then open a product you didn't select and confirm it stays clean. If the deal shows up in the wrong place, revisit your product selection.
