Set Up Multiple Brands

If you support more than one product or company from a single team, brands keep everything organized. Each brand has its own name, logo, colors, and a unique inbound email address, so customers always feel like they're talking to the right company — while your team works from one shared workspace.

Create a Brand

  • Go to your Brands settings.
  • Select Create brand.
  • Enter a name and a slug (a short, URL-friendly identifier).
  • (Optional) Add a description to help your team tell brands apart.
  • Save the brand.
  • As soon as you create a brand, TixTalk automatically generates a dedicated inbound email address for it (more on that below).

    Add a Logo and Colors

  • Open the brand you want to customize.
  • Upload a logo to represent the brand.
  • Set a primary color and an accent color to match the brand's look.
  • Save your changes.
  • These details help your team instantly recognize which brand a conversation belongs to.

    Use the Inbound Email Address

Every brand gets a unique inbound email address in the form yourbrand@tickets.tixtalk.com. Any message sent or forwarded to that address becomes a ticket under the correct brand.

  • Open the brand and find its inbound email address.
  • Forward your existing support address (for example, help@yourcompany.com) to the brand's inbound address.
  • New emails now arrive as tickets tagged to that brand.
  • You can turn inbound email on or off for a brand at any time, and you can regenerate the address if you ever need a fresh one.

    Assign Teammates to Brands

  • When inviting or editing a teammate, assign them to a specific brand to focus their access.
  • Leave the brand field blank to give someone access across all brands.
  • Deactivating a brand hides it from day-to-day work while preserving its tickets and history, so you can pause a brand without losing anything.
