My Feed Isn't Updating With New Posts
If you've posted to Instagram but the new content isn't showing on your store, it's usually a matter of refresh timing or connection health. Here's how to diagnose and fix it.
Understand Refresh Timing
Drip Socials refreshes your posts on a schedule rather than instantly. A brand-new Instagram post may take a while to appear on your storefront. This is normal — the feed will catch up on the next scheduled sync.
Force an Immediate Refresh
To pull your newest posts right away:
After that, reload your storefront page to see the updated feed.
Check Your Connection Is Still Active
Instagram access is granted with a token that renews automatically about every 60 days. If a renewal failed, syncing stops:
See Reconnect or Refresh Your Instagram Connection.
Confirm the Post Is Eligible
Drip Socials shows recent images, videos (as thumbnails), and carousel albums (as cover images). Only your most recent posts are kept, up to the app's media limit. If you've posted many times since, older posts naturally drop off, and a very large grid may still look unchanged if it's already full of recent content.
Clear Your Browser Cache
Occasionally your browser may show a cached version of the page. Hard-refresh the storefront or view it in a private/incognito window to confirm you're seeing the latest feed.
