The Feed Block Won't Appear in My Theme

If you can't add the feed block, or it's added but nothing shows on your live store, these checks will get it displaying correctly.

Find the Right Block

The feed is added through a block called InstaPulse Feed in the Shopify theme editor:

  • Go to Online Store → Themes → Customize.
  • Navigate to the section where you want the feed.
  • Click Add block (or Add section) and look for InstaPulse Feed.
  • If you don't see it, make sure Drip Socials is installed and try reloading the theme editor.

    Enter a Valid Block Identifier

The block needs to know which feed to load:

  • Select the InstaPulse Feed block in the editor.
  • In the Block identifier field, enter the identifier of an existing feed from Drip Socials.
  • If you use a single default feed, the default identifier can be left in place.
  • An empty or incorrect identifier is the most common reason a block loads nothing.

    Save and Preview

Changes in the theme editor only take effect after you Save. Save your changes, then preview or visit your live storefront to confirm the feed appears.

Check for Multiple Blocks on One Page

If you have more than one feed block on the same page, each must use a different identifier. Reusing the same identifier across blocks on one page can cause them to conflict or fail to load.

    Confirm the Feed Has Content

Even a correctly placed block will look empty if the underlying feed has no posts. Confirm Instagram is connected with media permission and that your account has recent posts. See My Feed Is Empty.

    Still Not Showing?

    • Make sure you saved the theme changes.
    • Try a different section to rule out a section-specific conflict.
    • Confirm the identifier exactly matches an existing feed (no extra spaces).

    Next Steps
