My Feed Is Empty

If your feed block appears on your store but shows no posts, the issue is almost always related to your Instagram connection, permissions, or the block identifier. Work through the checks below to find the cause.

Check Your Instagram Connection

  • Open Drip Socials and confirm your Instagram account is connected.
  • Confirm that media permission is granted — without it, Drip Socials can't pull your posts.
  • If either is missing, reconnect Instagram and approve all permissions during the Meta login.
  • See Reconnect or Refresh Your Instagram Connection for steps.

    Confirm You Have Recent Posts

Drip Socials displays your most recent Instagram posts. If your account has very few or no posts, the grid will be sparse or empty. Post some content on Instagram, then wait for the next refresh.

    Check the Block Identifier

An empty block often means the theme block points to the wrong feed:

  • Open your theme editor and select the InstaPulse Feed block.
  • Confirm the Block identifier matches an existing feed in Drip Socials.
  • If the feed was deleted or the identifier is mistyped, update it to a valid identifier.
  • Give It Time to Sync

If you just connected Instagram or just posted, your content may still be syncing. Refreshes run on a schedule, so allow some time and reload the page. Reconnecting Instagram forces an immediate fetch.

    Still Empty?

    • Make sure the Instagram account you connected is the correct one and is in good standing.
    • Try a clean disconnect and reconnect in Drip Socials.
    • Reduce your grid size temporarily to confirm posts appear at all.

    Next Steps

    • Verify permissions — see Check Your Instagram Connection Status.
    • Learn refresh timing — see How Your Feed Stays Updated.
