Create a Feed Block
A feed block is a saved configuration that defines how one Instagram feed looks — its layout, grid size, styling, and behavior. You can create as many feed blocks as you need and place each one in your theme.
Create a New Feed
When you create a feed, Drip Socials assigns it a unique block identifier. This identifier is what links the feed to a spot in your theme.
Configure Your Feed
While creating the block, set:
- Layout — Squares or Tiles
- Columns and rows — the grid size (and total posts shown)
- Spacing — the gap between posts
- Name visibility, position, font, size, style, and color — the title styling
- Profile visibility — whether to show the profile header
- Click behavior — do nothing, or link posts to Instagram
Save and Note the Identifier
Add It to Your Store
Once saved, add the feed to your storefront by placing the InstaPulse Feed block in your theme and entering this identifier. See Add the Instagram Feed to Your Theme for the full walkthrough.
Tips
- Create a separate feed block for each distinct placement or style you want.
- Name your feeds descriptively (for example "Homepage Grid," "Footer Strip") so they're easy to manage.
