A Tour of Your Dashboard

Your dashboard is the home base for running your shop. When you log in, you land on an overview with a welcome header and customizable widgets. From the sidebar you can reach every part of the platform.

The main areas

Here are the sections you'll use most, all available from the dashboard navigation:

  • Orders — View and manage every order, filter by status, and open an order to see its details, line items, and customer.
  • Products — Build and edit your product catalog, including standard blanks, customizable products, and pre-designed items.
  • Storefronts — Create and manage your online stores, each with its own products, branding, and web address.
  • Quotes & Invoices — Create quotes and invoices, send them to customers, and collect payment.
  • Customers — Keep customer records with contact info and order history.
  • Production — Track work in progress, including a production calendar to plan your schedule.
  • Purchase Orders — Order blanks and materials from your connected suppliers.
  • Reports — Review performance data for your shop.
  • The overview widgets

The overview page uses drag-and-drop widgets so you can arrange the information that matters most to you at the top. Rearrange them to build a layout that fits how you work.

    Settings

The Settings area is where you configure how your shop runs. Key sections include:

  • General — Shop name, contact details, and business info.
  • Look & Feel — Branding, colors, and appearance.
  • Decoration Methods — The methods you offer and their pricing.
  • Catalogs — Connect and sync wholesale product catalogs.
  • Order Statuses — Define and reorder the stages orders move through.
  • Billing — Your plan, usage, and subscription.
  • Document Templates — Customize how quotes and invoices look.
  • Shipping — Configure shipping options.
  • Getting comfortable

Spend a few minutes clicking through each section to see what's there. Most pages let you create new items with a clear button in the top corner, and detail pages open when you click into a row. Once you know where things live, the rest of your setup will move quickly.
