Create Your Account and Shop

Getting started on Drip Merch takes just a few minutes. You'll register an account, then walk through a short guided setup that configures the essentials for your shop.

Register your account

  • Go to the registration page and enter your name, email, and a password.
  • Submit the form to create your account.
  • Check your inbox for a verification email and confirm your email address.
  • Log in with your new credentials.
  • If you were invited to an existing shop by a teammate, use the invitation link in your email instead — it connects you directly to that shop.

    Complete onboarding

After your first login, Drip Merch walks you through a four-step onboarding wizard. A progress bar at the top shows where you are.

  • Shop Details — Enter your shop name, description, contact email, phone, and address. This information appears on documents like quotes and invoices.
  • Branding — Upload your logo and choose your primary and accent colors. These set the visual identity used across your shop.
  • Decoration Methods — Select the methods you offer, such as Screen Printing, DTG, DTF, Embroidery, HTV, and Sublimation. You can refine each method's pricing later in settings.
  • Billing — Set up your billing so you can activate your plan and start selling.
  • Click Continue to move through each step, and use Back if you need to change an earlier answer.

Finish and land in your dashboard

When you complete the final step, Drip Merch saves your settings and drops you into your dashboard. Your shop is now created with your branding applied and your selected decoration methods enabled.

    What to do next

With your shop set up, the natural next steps are:

  • Fine-tune your decoration methods and pricing in Settings.
  • Connect a product catalog or add a custom product.
  • Open your first storefront.
  • You can revisit any onboarding choice later from Settings, so nothing you enter here is permanent.
