Catalogs are where your blank products come from. Drip Merch can connect to major wholesale suppliers so you can pull in styles, colors, sizes, and wholesale pricing without entering everything by hand. You can also keep your own products in a custom catalog.
Available catalogs
From Settings → Catalogs, you can work with:
- S&S Activewear — Premium wholesale apparel.
- SanMar — A leading promotional products supplier.
- Custom Catalog — Add your own products manually when they aren't available from a wholesaler.
Connect a wholesale catalog
you cannot connect a catalog yourself. There is no connect button and no credential form anywhere in Drip Merch. Catalog access is enabled for your shop by Drip Apps.
- Go to Settings → Catalogs.
- Each supplier shows as a card. A connected catalog offers Browse Products; one that is not enabled for your shop shows a greyed-out Not Available button and a "Not configured" note.
- If a supplier you hold an account with shows as Not Available, open Settings → Support Ticket and ask for it to be enabled.
- Once a catalog is connected, its styles are available to import into your product list.
Sync catalog products
Catalog data is refreshed on the platform side by Drip Apps, and the refreshed style information — images, colors, sizes, wholesale costs and variant details — flows through to what you can browse and import.
the Sync Now button on a catalog card does nothing. It has no action attached to it. Pressing it will not pull new data, and there is no shop-side way to trigger a sync.
Use the Custom Catalog
Not every product comes from a wholesaler. For your own items, the Custom Catalog lets you add products manually with your own details, colors, sizes, images, and pricing. This is the path to take when you're building a fully custom product rather than decorating a stock blank.

- Create a custom product from scratch.
From there you can decorate products in the designer and add them to your storefronts.
