Deal Not Showing on Product Page
If you've built a deal but the deal bar isn't appearing on your storefront, it's almost always one of a handful of causes. Work through this checklist in order and you'll usually find the issue quickly.
1. Confirm the Theme Block Is Enabled
The deal bar only shows where the Quantity Breaks theme block is placed.
Open your theme editor and make sure the block is added to your product template and saved.
See the "Enabling the Theme Block" article for the full steps.
2. Check Your Subscription Is Active
The on-store block becomes available once your store has an active plan.
If your trial has ended without subscribing, the display may not render.
Confirm your subscription status in the billing section and subscribe if needed.
3. Verify the Product Is Targeted
Open the deal and check its visibility setting.
For specific products, confirm this product is in the selected list.
For specific collections, confirm the product belongs to a selected collection.
Check the excluded products list — if the product is there, it won't show the deal.
4. Make Sure the Deal Was Saved
A deal only goes live after it's saved.
Re-open the deal and confirm your tiers and targeting are present, then save again if unsure.
5. Confirm at Least One Tier Exists
Every deal needs at least one quantity tier to display.
Add a tier if the deal has none, then save.
6. Preview Properly
View the actual product page (not just the app), and try a hard refresh.
Check both desktop and mobile, since a theme section may be hidden on one.
Still Stuck?
If you've confirmed the block is enabled, the plan is active, and the product is genuinely targeted, try re-saving the deal so its configuration re-syncs, then preview again. That final re-sync resolves most lingering display issues.
